We are surveying the Derry Eagles membership via an on-line tool to assess the soccer program. We ask each family to participate and fill out one evaluation form for each coach, co-coach or assistant coach on your child’s team.  Evaluations are anonymous and there is no information collected about the sender.

These evaluations will be used to improve our travel program and coach’s training program. Please be open and honest, it can only benefit your child and the quality of our program. Look for an email message that contains the URL of the on-line survey.
